Â
How does the virtual marketplace work?
Your small business will have its own booth where shoppers can learn more about your products/services. You will have the opportunity to serve as a booth representative and take part in chat-based conversations with interested shoppers. All small businesses will be responsible for e-commerce through their own websites as the virtual marketplace does not provide the ability to process online transactions.
Will I have help setting up my online booth?
Don’t worry! Our organizers will be on-hand to help you, should you run into any technical problems during setup and during Shop Small Saturday.
